磁共振STIR-EPI序列鉴别良恶性肺结节价值分析

摘    要:目的探讨磁共振STIR-EPI序列鉴别良恶性肺结节的应用价值。方法选取2012年2月至2013年6月在我院行MRI常规扫描及STIR-EPI弥散加权成像检查的患者125例,所有患者均经病理确诊,其中良性结节43例,恶性结节82例,测定并比较良恶性肺肺结节的信号强度、表观弥散系数(ADC)以及信噪比(SNR)值。结果肺良、恶性肺结节的信号强度分别为(2.22±1.28)和(3.91±1.41);ADC值分别为(1.979±0.420)×10mm-3/s和(1.384±0.239)×10mm-3/s;SNR值为(195.28±58.34)和(275.02±67.28)。肺良、恶性结节之间信号强度、ADC值及SNR值比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论磁共振STIR-EPI序列在鉴别肺结节的良恶性中具有重要作用,可作为鉴别肺结节良恶性的重要参考指标。

The Value of Magnetic Resonance Diffusion Weighted Imaging with STIR-EPI Sequence for Differentiating Benign from Malignant Pulmonary Nodules

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging with STIR-EPI sequence for differentiating benign from malignant pulmonary nodules. Methods from February 2012 to February 2013 in our hospital, selected 125 patients with pulmonary nodules who took routine MRI scans and STIR-EPI. All patients were confirmed by pathology, 43 were benign nodules and 82 cases were malignant nodules. The signal strength, the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and noise ratio (SNR) values of pulmonary nodules were measured and compared. Results The signal strength of benign pulmonary and malignant pulmonary nodules were (2.22±1.28) and (3.91±1.41); the ADC values were (1.979±0.420)×10mm-3/s and (1.384±0.239)×10mm-3/s; the SNR value were (195.28±58.34) and (275.02±67.28). The difference between benign pulmonary and malignant pulmonary nodules was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion MRI STIR-EPI sequence plays an important role in differentiating benign and malignant pulmonary nodules. It can be used as important index to identify the benign and malignant pulmonary nodules.
