摘    要:目的了解医院呼吸内科抗菌药物使用情况。方法采用回顾性调查方法,抽取中国人民解放军总医院呼吸内科2006年6月至12月出院患者的病历205份.统计分析抗菌药物的使用情况。结果抗茵药物使用率为96.59%;以二联用药为主,最常见的联用方式为喹诺酮类+头孢菌素类;共涉及9大类63个品种,应用频率最多的分别是喹诺酮类、头孢菌素类、大环内酯类抗菌药物;205例住院患者检出病原菌18种99株,118例送检196例次,送检率为57.56%;抗感染治疗有效191例,有效率达93.17%。结论医院呼吸内科抗菌药物使用情况基本合理,但也存在不容忽视的问题。

Abstract:Objective To observe the antibacterials usage in the respiratory department.Methods Adopting retrospective review,the case files of 205 inpatients discharged from hospital were taken.The antibacterials usage,variety,utilization days,pathogenic bacteria examination,susceptibility test,medication association and effectiveness of anti-infective therapy were statistically analyzed.Results The antibacterials usage rate was 96.59% ,referring to 63 kinds of 9 main categories.The antibacterials most commonly used were quinolones,cephalosporins,macrolides in turn.The pathogenic bacteria including 99 strains of 18 species were detected in 205 inpatients.The examine times were 196 in 118 examples,the detection proportion was 57.56% .The effective examples of anti-infective therapy were 191(93.17% ).Conclusion The antibacterials utilization in the respiratory department of PLA General Hospital was basically reasonable.There exist some noticeable problems.
