跟骨关节面塌陷性骨折同种异体骨移植疗效分析

目的评估跟骨塌陷性骨折同种异体骨移植的效果。方法1999年5月-2004年6月共行同种异体骨移植治疗跟骨塌陷性骨折18例，9例加行克氏针或钢板内固定，9例单纯植骨，随访6-41个月，平均随访19个月。参照AOFAS评分对患者有否疼痛、步态、距下关节活动、是否支架辅助、术后X线片等加以评估。结果18例患者术后无明显免疫排斥、感染等并发症．所有病例均骨性愈合，优7例，良9例，可2例，优良率88．89％。结论跟骨塌陷性骨折解剖复位后植入同种异体骨能有效保持跟骨及其关节面的解剖形态，较好地恢复足的功能；移植骨具有良好的组织相容性，是治疗跟骨塌陷性骨折的一种较好方法。

Analyse on effects of allogenous bone graft of the compressed calcaneus fracture

Objective To evaluate the effects of allogenous bone graft of the compressed calcaneus fracture. Methods 18 cases of compressed calcaneus fracture from May ,1999 to June, 2004 were included in the study, 9 cases were treated with needle or armor plate inner fixation ,9 cases were treated with bone graft. They were followed up for 6-41 months, averaged 19 months .Judged the pain,gait, movement of calcaneuotalar joint, X-rays by AOFAS grading system. Results 18 cases all got bony recovery without immunoresponsiveness or imiliammatory, excellent 7,good 9, pass 2, the rate of good was 88.89%. Conclusion The aUogenous bone graft of calcanes fracture has the advantages of maintaining the anatomy form, renewing function and having good histocompatability. It is a good treatment of compressed calcaneus fracture.
