| 摘 要： | 目的探讨引发胆道损伤的原因及治疗方法。方法2000-2005年怀化芷江县人民医院44例胆道损伤病人的病历资料进行回顾性分析，从中归纳出胆道损伤的原因，同时总结出治疗经验。结果胆道损伤主要由医源性因素引起居多（42／44），其中又以医生误操作为主。发现胆道损伤后及时处理。包括术中修补或术后充分引流。结论胆道损伤的原因以医源性因素引起为主，提高医师的理论基础和技术水平可以减少胆道损伤的发生，同时对胆道损伤的治疗应该及早发现，合理处理。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To research the causes and treatments of bile duct injuries(BDI).[Methods] A retrograde study was made upon the patients with bile duct injures from 2000 through 2005 to find the causes and management.[Results] Medical original factors are the main causes of bile duct injure(42/44),especially the mis-manipulations made by physicians.Management should be made as soon as the injury was found including repairing during the operation and post-operation drainage.[Conclusion] Since the medical original factors are the main causes for BDI,improvement of the theory and clinical skills may help to reduce BDI,to diagnose BDI in time and make a logical treatment may help to improve the outcome. |
