子痫前期患者血雄激素水平的研究

目的：检测子痫前期患者血雄激素的水平,以探讨雄激素在妊娠高血压中的作用.方法：应用放免法检测24例子痫前期患者及30例正常妊娠者血睾酮（T）、游离睾酮指数（FTI）、硫酸去氢表雄酮（DHEAS）、性激素结合蛋白（SHBG）、雌二醇（E2）和空腹血浆胰岛素（FINS）水平.结果：子痫前期组患者血T水平、FTI高于对照组（P＜0.05）;FINS水平及FINS/FPG均高于对照组（P＜0.05）;SHBG水平比对照组明显降低（P＜0.05）;两组患者DHEAS、E2水平无差异,新生儿性别分布无显著性差异（P＞0.05）.结论：子痫前期患者血雄激素水平升高可能与胰岛素抵抗（IR）有关,雄激素可能参与了妊娠高血压的发病过程.

Serum androgen levels in women with pre-eclampsia

Objective: To evaluate androgen levels in women with Pre-eclampsia and to elucidate the effect of androgen on the pathogenesis of the disease. Methods: Serum testosterone,free testosterone index,dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate,sex hormone binding globulin,estradiol and insulin levels were measured in 30 normal pregnant women(control group) and 24 patients with Pre-eclampsia. Results: Total testosterone levels,free testosterone index(FTI)were significantly higher in the Pre-eclampsia group than the control group.Serum insulin levels and INS/SG in the Pre-eclampsia group were higher than those in the control group.Serum sex hormone binding globulin levels in the Pre-eclampsia group were lower than those in the control group.There were no significant differences in dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate,neonatal sex distribution and estradiol concentrations between the two groups. Conclusion: Androgen testosterone levels were significantly elevated in pregnant women in Pre-eclampsia,which may be related to the insulin resistance mechanism.Androgen may play a role in the pathogenesis of Pre-eclampsia.
