“过程控制”对手术室护理质量管理的影响

目的将“过程控制”运用于手术室护理工作，探索提高手术室护理质量的一种可行性方法。方法将实施“过程控制”前1年设为对照组，后1年设为管理组，采用三项考核指标（“三基考试”成绩、手术医生对手术室护理人员的满意度、手术室护理综合质量标准）对护理质量进行考核，成绩采用spss 11．0软件进行统计学处理。结果“过程控制”实施1年后，将两组数据统计学处理P〈0．05，有显著差异，说明“过程控制”能够确保手术室护理服务质量得到持续有效控制。结论实践证明将“过程控制”应用于手术室护理工作中，可促使手术室护理管理和护理质量工作向标准化、程序化、规范化方向发展。

Effect of process control method on the operating room nursing quality management

Objective：To summarize the effects and clinic significance of prosthetic replacement of joint in old patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods：24 old patients with femoral neck fractures were treated with prosthetic replacement of joint From February 2000 to Mary 2006, among of them, 8 cases with total hip joint replacement, and 16 cases with femoral head replacement. Results： 24 cases were followed up for 2 years to 3 years. According the Harris Standard , the results of 14 cases were excellent, 8 cases were good, 2 were fair, the excellent and good rate was 91.7%. Conclusion： Prosthetic replacement of joint is the best therapeutic method for the patients （over 65 years old） with femoral neck fractures of Grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ.
