| 摘 要： | 环氧合酶-2(COX-2)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在许多肿瘤细胞中过表达且呈现一定相关性.研究显示肿瘤细胞中COX-2和EGFR之间存在相互诱导活化;联合应用COX-2和EGFR抑制剂抑制肿瘤效果更好.

| Abstract: | Cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)over-express in many tumor cells and correlate in some degree. Studies show that COX-2 and EGFR can be activated by each other. The effect is better to combine COX-2 inhibitor with EGFR inhibitor in tumor therapy. |
