缺血性脑血管病介入诊断和治疗的临床研究

目的采用数字减影血管造影(DSA)对缺血性脑血管病患者进行介入诊断,分析血管内支架成形术介入治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法选取2002年1月至2012年11月期间入住我院的100例缺血性脑血管病患者为研究对象,利用DSA对其进行介入诊断,并选出符合介入治疗的64例进行支架成形手术治疗,观察DSA诊断结果,分析介入治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 100例缺血性脑血管病中患有脑血管和头颈部大血管病变76例,病变血管84支。64例行支架成形术患者均成功放置支架,成功率达到100%,血管都得到不同程度的扩张,8例出现心率变缓等不良反应。结论对缺血性脑血管病进行DSA介入诊断,可为介入治疗提高评估依据。支架成形术是一种有效介入治疗手段,其具有良好的临床治疗效果。

Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease Interventional Diagnosis and Treatment of Clinical Research

Objective Using digital subtraction angiography （DSA） in patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease interventional diagnosis, analysis of endovascular stenting interventional therapy of ischemic cerebrovascular disease clinical curative effect. Methods From 2002 January to 2011 year during November in our hospital I00 cases of ischemic cerebral vascular disease patient as the research object, using DSA to carry on the intervention diagnosis and interventional treatment of selected, with 64 cases of angioplasty and operation treatment, observation of DSA diagnosis, analysis of interventional therapy effect and the occurrence of adverse reaction. Results 100 cases of ischemic cerebral vascular disease in patients with cerebral vascular and head and neck vascular lesions in 76 patients, 84 diseased arteries. 64 cases of angioplasty and stenting in patients underwent successful placement of a stent, 100% success rate, blood vessels are different degree expansion occurred in 8 cases, heart rate slowing down and other adverse reactions. Conclusion For ischemic cerebrovascular disease by DSA interventional diagnosis, for interventional therapy to improve evaluation based on. Stent angioplasty is an effective intervention method; it has good clinical effect in the treatment.
