摘    要:目的观察四物汤对维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者微炎症状态的影响。方法选择符合入选标准的初诊血液透析患者40例,随机分为2组,即促红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin,EPO)组、四物汤与EPO组,分别以EPO、四物汤联合EPO进行治疗,在治疗第6、12周时检测患者血红蛋(hemoglobin,Hb)、C反应蛋白(C-reactie protein,CRP)和血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)的水平。结果四物汤与EPO组治疗第6、12周时血清CRP、IL-6水平较治疗前及EPO组明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且第12周降低更为明显。尽管两组Hb皆有显著性提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),但以四物汤与EPO治疗组效果更为显著。结论四物汤能改善MHD患者微炎症状态,增加MHD患者EPO的疗效。

Abstract:Objective To observe effect of Si-Wu Decoction on rnieroinflammation status in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods 40 maintenance hemodialysis patients were divided randomly into two groups, EPO groups and Si-Wu Decoction plus EPO groups, and were treated respectively. Their hemoglobin(I-Ib), C-reactive protein(CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6)were measured after 6-week and 12-week treatment. Results The level of CRP and IL-6 was lower significantly in Si-Wu Decoction plus EPO group compared to EPO Groups after 6-week treatment(P〈0.05, P〈0.01),but was more obvious after 12-week treatment. Two groups' Hb was higher significantly than that of pretherapy(P〈0.05, P〈0.01), but was more obvious in Si-Wu Decoction plus EPO group. Conclusion Si-Wu Decoction can attenuate microinflammation status, and improve EPO effect on renal anemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
