彩色多普勒超声对胎盘滞留的诊断及治疗价值

目的分析与探讨彩色多普勒超声对于胎盘滞留的诊断与治疗价值。方法选取本院2010年3月至2012年3月期间收治胎盘滞留患者共30例,对其彩色多普勒超声诊断结果进行分析,并与最终临床结果进行比对,以了解该诊断方法的诊断符合率。结果根据本文研究显示,采取彩色多普勒超声对胎盘滞留患者进行检查,对于胎盘粘连与胎盘嵌顿的诊断准确率高于对于胎盘粘连的诊断准确率,P<0.05。结论对于胎盘滞留患者,采用彩色多普勒超声进行诊断,能够显著提高胎盘嵌顿以及胎盘粘连的检出率,因此可用作临床上医师诊断的依据之一,进行推广与应用。

Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound Diagnostic and Therapeutic of Retained Placenta

Objective Analysis and Discussion of color Doppler ultrasound for the diagnosis of retained placenta and therapeutic value. Methods Hospital treated in the period from March 2010 to March 2012 a total of 30 cases of patients with retained placenta, its color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic results were analyzed and the final clinical results, in order to understand the diagnosis diagnosis rate. Results According to this study,to take color Doppler ultrasound in patients with retained placenta to check for placenta accreta placenta incarceration, high diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of placenta accreta accuracy, P〈0.05 Conelnsion For retained placentapatients, the use of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis, can significantly improve the detection rate of the placenta incarcerated placenta accreta, and therefore can be used as a basis for diagnosis of clinical doctors,to the promotion and application.
