阿立哌唑治疗急性期精神分裂症的疗效、安全性、耐受性评价

目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗急性期精神分裂症的疗效、安全性及耐受性。方法 36例精神分裂症患者服用阿立哌唑,分期对其进行PANSS评定,记录血压、体质量、腹围、体质量指数、检测总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖及催乳素,并以反相高效液相色谱法进行阿立哌唑血药浓度检测。结果总体治疗有效率为72.22%,因疗效不佳的脱落率为8.33%;不良反应发生率为27.78%,没有患者因不良事件而退出研究。结论阿立哌唑对急性期精神分裂症治疗有效,耐受性好;阿立哌唑可能引起三酰甘油升高,对其他糖脂代谢指标及心电图QTc间期可能没有影响;阿立哌唑不会导致PRL上升。

Efficacy, Safety, Toleranbility of Aripiprazole in the Therapy of Acute Schizophrenia Patients and Correlative Analysis of Its Plasma Concentration with Dose and Ettlcacy

Objeetive To investigate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of aripiprazole in treatment of acute schizophrenia. Methods 36 patients with schizophrenia were involved： taken ripiprzole tblets, they were evaluated with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS）; blood pressure, weight, circumference and BMI were collected. Level of total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL, LDL, fast plasma glucose and prolactin were examinated also. Results Total efficacy was 72.22%. Occurance of premature withdrawal was 8.33%. There were 10 patients （27.78%） reported to have side-effects possiblely correlated with aripiprazole. Conclusions Aripiprazole is efficacy and has good tolerability for treatment of schizophrenia, it increase the concentration of triglyceride and has no impact on the other index of metabolism or QTc interval, aripiprazole can reduce the concentration of PRL.
