心血管疾病合并心理障碍的临床治疗效果

目的探讨常规药物加心理治疗药物治疗心血管疾病合并心理障碍的应有及临床效果。方法选取我院2009年1月至2012年1月在我院接受心血管疾病合并心理障碍的患者105例,其中高血压患者64例,冠心病患者41例。采用高血压和冠心病的常规药物加心理治疗的药物(焦虑患者服用阿普唑仑、氯硝安定和舒乐安定;抑郁患者服用阿米替林、马普替林和多虑平;强迫症者服用氯丙咪嗪)进行综合治疗心血管疾病合并心理障碍疾病。结果经过常规药物和抗心理障碍的药物治疗,两种心血管疾病合并心理障碍的治疗均得到有效控制,治疗后与前一次治疗分别进行评价数据差异均有统计学意义P<0.05,治疗前和治疗8周以后的相比P<0.05。结论用氯硝安定等心理治疗药物治疗心血管疾病合并心理障碍具有明显的临床效果,且常规用药无严重不良反应和较好的安全性。

Cardiovascular Disease Combined Clinical Effect of the Psychological Barriers

Objective To investigate the conventional drug plus psychotherapy drug treatment of cardiovascular diseases combined psychological barriers should and clinical effects. Methods Our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 in our hospital cardiovascular disease merger of mental disorders in 105 patients, including 64 cases of patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease 41 patients. Conventional drugs for high blood pressure and coronary heart disease drugs plus psychotherapy （anxiety patients taking alprazolam, clonazepam and estazolam; depression patients taking amitriptyline, maprotiline and doxepin; obsessive-compulsive disorder taking clomipramine） comprehensive treatment of cardiovascular diseases combined psychological disorders. Results After conventional drugs and anti-drug treatment of the mental disorder, two types of cardiovascular disease combined treatment of psychological disorders has been effectively controlled after treatment with the previous treatment were evaluated data differences were statistically significant P〈0.05, before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment compared to P〈0.05. Conclusion Clonazepam and other psychological therapy treatment of cardiovascular diseases combined psychological disorder with significant clinical effect, and no serious side effects of conventional medication and better security.
