| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预对消化性溃疡患者生活方式和治疗效果的影响。方法选择消化性溃疡患者80例,进行入院评估后,由经治医师、专职护士对患者的不良生活方式和危害因素进行综合全面干预。干预6个月后对干预前后患者的生活方式、13C-尿素呼气试验进行比较。结果 80例接受干预的消化性溃疡患者中,能遵循合理饮食、按时按量服药、规律运动等健康生活方式。干预后的溃疡病患者健康生活方式明显提高。结论通过综合护理干预可使溃疡病患者改变不健康的生活方式,对消化性溃疡患者有效的治疗、预防复发起着关键性作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore psychological characteristics of peptic ulcer patients and the nursing methods. Method Choose 80 cases patients with peptic ulcer were therapeutic in our hospital, take nursing intervention, after 6 months, and compare the change of patients＇ life style. Result In the 80 cases patients those who can change the unhealthy life style after accepter nursing intervention become more health. Conclusion Nursing intervention can change the unhealthy lifestyle of peptic ulcer patients, nursing intervention also plays an important role in treating peptic ulcer and preventing the relapse. |
