血型血清学技术对新生儿溶血病的产前诊断价值

目的通过对2009年5月1日至6月29日所有在陕西省人民医院放免中心进行新生儿溶血病(HDN)检测的289对产前夫妇的检测结果分析,为临床的诊断、预防和治疗提供指导。方法用玻片法检测ABO(RH)血型,用试管法对血清倍比稀释至第8管检测特异性抗体效价。结果效价大于或等于64的95例,效价大于或等于128的56例,效价大于或等于256的6例。结论孕妇为O型血,丈夫为非O型血患者的测定结果阳性率最高达54.1%。与相关文献报道一致,应引起重视,是临床早期诊断和预防性治疗的重点关注对象。

Diagnostic value of blood serum technique for newborn babies with HDN
