| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨国家基本药物制度配送环节相关问题,为更好落实基本药物配送制度提出建议。方法:对基本药物在配送环节中存在的问题进行分析,对日本的先进实践经验进行研究。结果与结论:国家基本药物制度配送环节相关问题主要有:基本药物利润低,商业公司动力不足;基本药物配送企业的评价标准不明确;药品流通企业布局不合理。借鉴日本药品物流的先进经验,我国基本药物制度的配送应加强对基本药物配送环节的监管;完善农村"两网"建设;增强药品经营企业的物流实力;医疗机构建立基本药物的准时化采购模式;建立药品第三方物流。
