基底动脉尖综合征7例临床分析

目的　从病因、临床表现、神经影像学及诊疗等方面对基底动脉尖综合征 (Topofthebasilararterysyndrome ,TOBS)进行分析 ,以期加深对本病的认识 ,提高诊断水平。方法　对 7例TOBS患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　TOBS患者以老年为主 ,临床表现以突发眩晕或意识障碍起病 ,合并眼球运动障碍及肢体运动障碍等 ,神经影像学检查有助于诊断。结论　TOBS的诊断主要依赖临床表现和神经影像学检查 ,尤其MRI检查有利于早期诊断。

Clinical Analysis of 7 Patients With Top of the Basilar Syndrome

Objectives To investigate Top of the basilar syndrome (TOBS) from the etiological factors, clinical manifestations, neuroimanging, diagnosis and therapies. Methods The clinical data of 7 cases with TOBS were analyzed. Results The main sufferers were the aged. The first manifestation was sudden vertigo or disturbance of consciousness, and associated with dyskinesia of the eyeballs and the limbs. Neuroimaging examination helped to the diagnosis. Conclusion The diagnosis of TOBs depended on the clinical manifestations and neuroimaging, especially MRI could help to early diagnosis.
