子宫颈、子宫内膜和卵巢癌中COX-2的测定及其意义

摘    要:目的研究环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在子宫颈,子宫内膜和卵巢等正常组织与恶性组织中的表达情况。方法采用免疫荧光法(IFA)分析宫颈鳞状细胞癌(12例),子宫内膜癌(13例),卵巢浆液性腺癌(9例)共34例病人的COX-2表达水平,并将其分为高度、中度、阴性表达3类。同时测定正常宫颈(14例),子宫内膜(15例)和卵巢(13例)等42例对照组的COX-2表达水平,用Fisher精确检验进行比较分析。结果宫颈正常组织COX-2表达高于宫颈癌的(50%vs23%),但无显著性差异(P=0.247);正常子宫内膜COX-2表达甚微(7%),而子宫内膜癌COX-2表达较高(69%,P<0.001);正常卵巢上皮组织COX-2不表达(0%),而卵巢浆液性囊腺癌COX-2表达率更高(89%,P<0.001)。结论与正常组织相比,子宫内膜腺癌和卵巢浆液性囊腺癌COX-2表达较高,但宫颈鳞状细胞癌COX-2表达较低。

Abstract:Objective To study cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression levels in cervical, endometrial and ovarian cancers as well as their originated normal tissues. Methods Semiquantitative immunofluorescent assay (IFA) was used to detect COX-2 expression levels in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (n=12),endometrial adenocarcinoma (n=13),and ovarian serous adenocarcinoma (n=9). COX-2 expression levels in normal cervical (n=14),endometrial (n=15),and ovarian (n=13) tissues were simultaneously detected as control. Results Normal cervical tissues expressed COX-2 more frequently than cervical cancers (50% vs 23%), but the difference was not signicant (P=0.247). The positive rate of COX-2 expression was significantly higher in endometrial adenocarcinomas (69%) than that in normal endometrium (7%) (P<0.001), and was also obviously higher in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinomas (89%) than that in normal ovarian epithelia (0%) (P<0.001). Conclusion COX-2 expression significantly increased in endometrial adenocarcinoma and ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, but not in cervical sequamous carcinoma compared with their originated normal tissues.
