摘    要:目的:揭示大鼠发育过程中视皮层神经元的突触后电流的发育特性。方法:对出生后7—28d龄大鼠进行脑片膜片钳全细胞记录,并根据输入阻抗的大小对神经元进行分类,以及分析其突触后电流的特性。结果:随着输入阻抗减小,视皮层神经元的突触后电流的峰值、上升时间和下降时间增大。结论:在大鼠生后早期的发育过程中,视觉经验调制视皮层神经元的突触可塑性。

Abstract:Objective: To reveal the developmental properties of neuronal postsynaptic currents in rat visual cortex during development.Methods:Whole-cell patch clamp recording was performed in brain slices of rats at postnatal 7 to 28 days. The neurons were classified according to their input resistance, and then the etectrophysiological data were analysed.Results:With the decrement of input resistance, the peak value, rise time and decay time of postsynaptic currents of visual cortical neurons became larger.Conclusions: The neuronal synaptic plasticity of rat visual cortex are modulated by visual experience during the early postnatal development.
