| 摘 要： | 在毒力稳定进化水平上,寄生虫增加利用宿主资源的程度(即增加传播)带来优势的同时也要付出代价,即能够传播毒力的感染阶段相应缩短。在这种优势与代价之间存在着一种平衡(trade-off)。该文综述了疟原虫毒力进化的假说及其相关的分子机制。

| Abstract: | At the stable evolutionary level of virulence, the benefits of an increase in host exploitation (increased transmission) are balanced by the costs (decreased duration of infection over which transmission can occur).There exists a trade-off between the benefits and the costs. This review dwells on the hypothesis of virulence evolution in malaria parasite and the related molecular mechanisms. |
