早中孕期高危因素顺位分析

目的：了解目前孕早期、孕中期高危因素顺位,寻求提高孕产妇管理质量和降低孕产妇、围生儿死亡率的有效方法。方法：通过询问病史及有效检查资料的分析,对2006年1～12月在我院建卡的妊娠早中期孕妇的高危因素进行筛查、统计。结果：妊娠早中期孕妇5421例,有高危因素的1 162例,高危妊娠发生率为21.44%。高危因素顺位依次为人工流产≥3次、年龄〉35岁、瘢痕子宫、不良孕产史、骨盆异常、双胎、妊娠合并症、身高〈145 cm、妊娠期高血压疾病。结论：及早发现高危因素并予以管理、监护、处理,可有效降低孕产妇及围生儿死亡率。

Analysis of Sequence of High-Risk Factor in Early and Middle Stage Pregnancy

Objective: To investigate the sequence of high-risk factor in early and middle stage pregnancy.To search for some effective methods to improve the quality of maternal management and reduce the maternal mortality or perinatal mortality.Methods:To inqaire disease history and to do a statistical analysis and screen the high-risk factor for all the integrated cases from Jan.2006 to Dec.2006.Results:The total maternal cases in early and middle stage pregnancy were 5 421,the rate of the high-risk pregnancy was 21.44%(1 162/5 421).The sequences of high-risk factor were the artificial abortion that exceed three time,older than 35 years,scar uterus,abnormal pregnancy,abnormal pelvis,twin pregnancy,pregnancy complications,lower than 145cm,pregnancy induced hypertension.Conclusion: It should find out the high-risk factor in pregnancy as earlyer as better,it can reduce the maternal and perinatal mortality effectively.
