正虚与老年恶性肿瘤关系研究

目的：探讨正虚在老年恶性肿瘤发病中的重要性及临床治疗中的意义。方法：对289例不同年龄的中晚期肺癌患者中医证型的分布进行回顾性分析。结果：①60岁以上患者虚证或虚实夹杂证的比例显著高于30-49岁组与50一59岁组（P〈0．01）；不同年龄组间虚证与实证的分布具有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01），提示随着年龄增长，虚证的比例增高，而实证的比例降低；②不同年龄组间虚实夹杂证与实证的分布具有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01），提示随着年龄增长，虚实夹杂证的比例增高；③不同年龄组间虚证与虚实夹杂证的分布无显著性差异（P〉0．05），提示随着年龄增长，虚证与虚实夹杂证的比例同步增高。结论：正虚是老年恶性肿瘤发病的重要原因，在老年恶性肿瘤患者的治疗中必须注意扶正培本，祛邪不伤正，才能达到治病留人、提高生存质量的效果。

Relationship Between Healthy-qi Deficiency and Malignant Tumor in Elderly Patients

Objective:To explore the importance of healthy-qi deficiency in the development of malignant tumor in elderly patients and its treatment.Methods:The distribution of traditional Chinese medical syndrome types in 289 patients with intermediate or advanced pulmonary cancer was retrospectively analyzed.Results:① The proportion of deficiency syndrome(DS) or deficiency interweaved with excess syndrome(DEIS) in age group over 60 years was significantly higher than age groups of 30～49 or 50～59 years(P < 0.01),and there was significant difference in distribution of DS or excess syndrome(ES) among different age groups(P < 0.01),indicating that the proportion of DS got higher while proportion of ES got lower with the age.②There was significant difference in DEIS or ES among different age groups(P < 0.01),indicating that the proportion of DEIS got higher with the age.③There was no significant difference in the distribution of DS and DEIS among different age groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the proportions of DS and DEIS increased simultaneously with the age.Conclusion:Healthy-qi deficiency is a major factor of causing malignant tumors.Therefore,supporting healthy-qi and strengthening body resistance is very important to cure cancers and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
