电针结合回医烙灸疗法治疗创伤性脊髓损伤疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察电针结合回医烙灸疗法治疗创伤性脊髓损伤中后期的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将40例创伤性脊髓损伤中后期患者根据随机的原则分为2组,对照组18例使用电针疗法治疗,观察组22例在电针疗法的基础上加用烙灸疗法,2组均以14天为1疗程,3疗程后比较2组的临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为90.9%,对照组为77.8%,2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05),观察组的疗效优于对照组。结论:电针结合回医烙灸疗法治疗创伤性脊髓损伤具有疗效理想、风格独特的优点,临床上建议推广运用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture combined with Muslim cauterizing moxibustion therapy in the treatment of traumatic spinal cord injury.Methods:Forty traumatic spinal cord injury patients at middle and late stages were randomized into control group and treatment group.The two groups were given electroacupuncture,and the treatment group received Muslim cauterizing moxibustion therapy additionally.Fourteen days covered one treatment course,and after 3 courses the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group and was 77.8% in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05).Two sets of efficiency compared with the significant difference(P < 0.05),the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Muslim cauterizing moxibustion therapy shows certain synergistic action on the treatment of traumatic spinal cord injury with electroacupuncture.
