| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨医源性胆道损伤的原因和处理方法。方法：回顾性分析30例医源性胆道损伤患者的临床资料。结果：医源性胆道损伤发生在开腹胆囊切除术者占60％，腹腔镜胆囊切除者占23％；损伤部位主要在胆总管、肝总管；胆管横断伤占60％。结论：提高医生的技术水平和手术技巧对防止医源性胆道损伤具有重要意义：根据胆道损伤类型选择适宜的手术方法是修复胆道损伤、提高疗效的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the reason and treatment of iatrogenic biliary tract injury. Methods: To analyze the clinical data of 30 patients with iatrogenic biliary tract injury retrospectively. Results: Iatrogenic biliary tract hurt took place primarily at open chotecystectomy (60%) and laparoscopic cholecystectomy (23%). The main purt of injury were choledochus and common hepatic duct. The bile duct crossing harms account for 60%. Conclusion: Improving the technique level of operation is important to prevent biliary tract injury. According to the biliary tract injured condition to choose a fit method is the key to get better result. |
