TUVP分级治疗前列腺增生症

目的总结和评价经尿道前列腺电气化术(TUVP)分级治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效和意义。方法根据Schlegel前列腺增生患者手术危险性评估法分类治疗,采用铲式气化切割环,经尿道切除前列腺237例。结果TUVP分级治疗前列增生症可以减少并发症,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)与术前相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论TUVP分级治疗BPH可以降低住院时间、减少花费、有利于刚开展手术的医院筛选患者。术前进行尿流动力学检查可以避免术后由于症状改善不明显而导致的医疗纠纷发生。

Treatment in Grade by TUVP for Hyperplasia of Prostate

Objective To summarize and appraise the effect and significance of treatment in grade by transurethral electrovaporization of prostate(TUVP) for benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).Methods To adopt eletrovaporizing loop in resecting prostate through urethra 237 cases in terms of Schlegel the appraisement of operative danger of BPH patients.Results To treat BPH in grade by TUVP can decrease complications,shorten the time of being hospitalized,and reduce the hospitalization expenses.IPSS,QOL show obvious differece in comparison to preoperation(P<0.05).Conclusion To treat in grade by TUVP can shorten the time of being hospitalized,reduce the hospitalization expenses,it is advantageous to the hospitals which just develop TUVP to screen patients.The preoperative test of urodynamics can avoid medical dispute in the event that the patients' symptoms are not improved obviously after the operation.
