昆山市婴幼儿腹泻病原微生物检测分析

摘    要:目的 了解昆山市婴幼儿腹泻病原微生物的分布特点.方法 收集2009年7月~2010年6月来院就诊的0~6岁患儿粪便标本,通过免疫层析和细菌培养检测病原微生物.结果 轮状病毒阳性73例(34.1%),在6~24月龄婴幼儿和秋季发病率最高;腺病毒阳性24例(11.5%),不受季节和年龄影响;病原菌检出 23例(11.6%),以志贺氏菌为主,夏季高发,发病率随年龄增加而增高.结论 轮状病毒是引起昆山市婴幼儿腹泻的主要病原,腺病毒和病原菌也不容忽视.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristics of pathogenic microorganism irffeetion in infant and preschool chiidren with dianrhea in Kunshan. Methods Pathogenic mieroorgnnisms of collected stool from the hospital admissions with diarrhea under 6 years ohl, from July 2009 - June 2010 was been detected by bacterial eultttre and immunoehromalography. Results The positive of rotavirus in 73 s,amples(34. 1% ), in 6 to 24 mouthes old infants and the highest incidence in autumn; the positive of adenovirus in 24 samples ( 11.5% ), regardless of season and age effects; pathogens detected in 23 samples (11.6%), Shigella are the major pathogens, high incidence in summer, meicieuee increased with increasing age. Conclusion Rotavirns is the leading cause of diarrhea in the infant and preschool children of Kunshan, adenovirus and bacteria can not be ignored.
