| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经尺骨鹰嘴肘关节骨折脱位损伤的诊断与治疗.方法 回顾性分析我院2006年1月-2010年12月收治的9例经尺骨鹰嘴肘关节骨折脱位患者的病历资料以及随访结果.结果 9例全部获得随访,优5例,良3例,一般1例,优良率达88.9%.结论 尺骨鹰嘴肘关节骨折脱位的治疗重点应致力于恢复尺骨鹰嘴滑车切迹的轮廓和解剖位置,...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment for transolecranon fracture-dislocation of the elbow.Methods Retrospecively analyzed the clinical data of 9 cases of transolecranon fracture dislocation of the elbow from Jan 2006 to Dec 2010.Results 9 patients were follow-up,and there were 5 cases excellent,3 good and 1 effective.The rate of effective was88.9%.Conclusion The treatment for transolecranon fracture-dislocation of the elbow should focus on restore the contours of the olecranon and trochlear ... |
