| 摘 要： | 目的探讨维持性血液透析患者家属心理状况与患者生存质量的关系。方法对80例维持性血液透析患者家属进行问卷调查,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),并进行心理干预,对照心理干预前后家属心理障碍改善情况和对患者生活质量的影响。结果维持性血液透析患者家属在人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、强迫等方面因子分超过常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者家属遵医行为、重视医患沟通、治疗信心状况等在干预后得到积极改善。结论维持性血液透析患者家属存在一定心理障碍,通过对患者家属有效心理干预,有利于患者疾病的治疗。
