芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭合并低血压状态46例临床观察

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)后心力衰竭(HF)合并低血压状态的疗效。方法将91例AMI后HF合并低血压状态患者随机分为2组,对照组45例予常规抗缺血、抗HF治疗,治疗组46例在对照组治疗基础上加服芪苈强心胶囊。2组治疗3个月后观察临床疗效和超声心动图改变。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)和左室射血分数(LVEF)均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合常规西药治疗AMI后HF合并低血压状态疗效满意。

Clinical observation of combination of Qili Qiangxin capsule and western medicine on the treatment of post-myocardial infarction heart failure with hypotension

Objective To observe combination of Qili Qiangxin capsule and western medicine on the treatment of post-myocardial infarction heart failure with hypotension.Methods 91 cases of post-myocardial infarction heart failure with hypotension were randomly divided into two groups.45 cases in control group were treated by routine therapy.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of Qili Qiangxin capsule and western medicine.The changes of clinical symptoms and echocardiography were observed treatment of three months later.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was more than that in control group（P〈0.05）.LVEDV,LVESV and EF in treatment group was less than that in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Qili Qiangxin capsule and western medicine has satisfied effect on the treatment of post-myocardial infarction heart failure with hypotension
