| 摘 要： | 目的：了解系统性红斑狼疮脑病的CT表现及影像学对该病的诊断价值。方法对临床确诊为系统性红斑狼疮脑病患者进行CT检查。结果6例CT表现正常,13例CT表现异常, CT异常表现有脑白质脱髓鞘样改变、脑梗死、脑萎缩、脑出血等。结论 CT对系统性红斑狼疮脑病的诊断及估计预后有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the CT manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus encephalopathy and the value of imaging diagnosis of the disease. Methods Systemic lupus erythematosus encephalopathy CT examination. Results The CT manifestations of 6 cases of normal, 13 cases of CT abnormalities, brain white matter demyelination, cerebral infarction, brain atrophy, cerebral hemorrhage etc. Conclusion CT has an important significance in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus encephalopathy. |
