儿童慢性咳嗽119例与佝偻病治疗相关性分析

目的探讨儿童慢性咳嗽与佝偻病治疗的相关性。方法选择佛山市第五人民医院儿科自2012年8月至2013年10月就诊的119例慢性咳嗽患儿作为研究对象,其中慢性咳嗽合并佝偻病54例(观察组),慢性咳嗽65例(对照组)。两组患儿均采用常规治疗,然后辅以维生素D治疗,观察两组患儿的血生化指标及临床疗效。结果治疗前,观察组的血Ca以及25-OHD值均显著性低于对照组,碱性磷酸酶(AKP)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的血Ca和25-OHD均较治疗前显著升高,AKP较治疗前显著降低(均P<0.05)。使用维生素D治疗后,观察组的临床疗效显著优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论佝偻病可导致慢性咳嗽的病情迁延,是治疗儿童慢性咳嗽的重要影响因素。

Analysis on Correlation between Rickets and Chronic Cough in 119 Children

Objective To study the relatianship between rickets and chronic cough in children. Methods A total of 119 cases with chronic cough admitted to Foshan Fifth People＇s Hospital during Aug. 2012 and Oct. 2013, were divided into two groups and were all examined for the blood calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase and 25-hydrexyl vitamin D before and after treatment. 54 cases with rickets combined with chronic cough were observation group ,65 cases with only chronic cough were control group. Two groups were all treated with synthetic therapy with vitamin D as adjuvant therapy. The biochemical indexes and clinical effect between two groups before and after adjuvant vitamin D therapy were compared. Results Before treatment, the blood Ca and 25-OHD of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, AKP was significantly higher than the control group（ P 〈0.05 ） ;after treatment,the blood Ca and 25-OHD of the observation group were significantly higher than before treatment, AKP decreased significantly than before（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. After the use of vitamin D as adjuvant treatment, clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion Rickets is an important factor in the treatment of chronic cough in children, which may lead to the persistent chronic cough.
