| 摘 要： | 以1例静脉治疗药物发生配伍禁忌的过程为例，详细剖析静脉治疗医嘱执行流程中控制药物配伍禁忌发生的环节。进行了常规医嘱执行流程中静脉治疗药物发生配伍禁忌可控环节、药物配伍控制职责落实流程等方面的分析。提出细化流程管理，拟定应对措施的综合建议，以减少静脉药物配伍禁忌的发生，保障患者用药安全。

| Abstract: | Based on a medical case with medicine incompatibility in intravenous infusion,this paper analyzed the key links to control medicine incompatibility in the process of implementation of doctors' medical advice related to intravenous infusion,and put forward some strategies in the process management to reduce medicine incompatibility and safeguard the safety of medication for the patients. |
