| 摘 要： | 肥胖基因的蛋白产物—瘦素 ,是新被认识的与体成分和代谢相关的调节激素。瘦素除参与调节机体能量代谢外 ,还与促进机体生长的激素如生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子、胰岛素等相互关联 ,在儿童生长发育过程中发挥了重要的调节作用

| Abstract: | Leptin, a product of obesity gene, is a newly found regulatory hormone which is related to body composition and metabolism. Besides regulating energy metabolism, it also correlated with other hormones, such as growth hormone, insulin-like growth factors, insulin, and plays a very important role in children's growth and development. |
