前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的疗效分析

目的:总结用前臂区游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的临床应用经验。方法:对131例前臂区游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损进行回顾性临床分析,其中37例患者进行了0.5～18年的随访观察。结果:本组131例成功率99.24%。远期随访观察供、受区恢复良好,部分患者皮瓣感觉有所恢复。结论:前臂区游离皮瓣是一种多功能的优良皮瓣,术中血管套接法优于缝合法,应尽量多吻合静脉,该皮瓣适合修复口腔颌面部各个区域的软组织缺损,其远期疗效较好。

Reconstruction of Oral and Maxillofacial Defects by Forearm Free Flaps

Objective:To summarize experience of repairing oral and maxillofacial defects by forearm free flap and its long-term results.Methods:The clinical records of 131 cases of oral and maxillofacial reconstruction with forearm free flap were retrospective analyzed.Among which,the long-term results of 37 cases,followed up from 0.5 to 18 years,were evaluated.Results:The overall success rate was 99.24%,131 arteries and 253 veins were anastomosised.The long-term result of donor-site and donee-site were satisfaction.The sensation recovery also presented in some cases.Conclusion: The forearm free flap is a multifunction flap with good texture which is suited to repairing soft tissue defects in oral and maxillofacial region.To improve the results of operation,microvascular anastomosis by joining was better than by drawing, and veins should be anastomosed as many as possible.
