脑卒中后抑郁的早期干预对近期康复预后的影响

目的探讨脑卒中后抑郁的早期治疗对近期认知功能、运动功能及日常生活自理能力(ADL)的影响。方法脑卒中后1个月内出现抑郁患者80例,随机分为两组,均给予临床治疗、康复训练和心理护理,治疗组加用抗抑郁药,重度抑郁加心理治疗,分别于治疗前和治疗后1个月、3个月时进行单盲评定。结果治疗后两组患者的各种功能均有恢复,治疗组患者抑郁状态改善明显,其运动功能、认知功能和生活自理能力的恢复明显优于对照组(P<0.01),临床神经功能缺损程度评分减少与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论脑卒中后抑郁的早期治疗能明显改善患者近期的运动功能、认知功能,提高患者的生活自理能力。

Effects of treating of post-stroke depression on recovery prognosis of early stage

Objective To study effects of treating of post stroke depression (PSD) on motor function,mental status and ADL early stage.Method 80 patients suffering from PSD within 1 month were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were given the anti depression drugs and psychotherapy. The monoblind evalution was done in pre treatment and post treatment 1 and 3 month respectivly.Result Depression, mental status,motor function and ADL recover in treatment group were obviously superior to those in the control group(P< 0.01),while the reducing neruodefect degree in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P< 0.01).Conclusion The treatment for PSD may obviously improve motor function of the limbs,mental status ,and the ability to self management may get recovery efficiently.
