B超检查胎儿腹壁缺损的实用价值

目的探讨B超检查中晚期妊娠胎儿先天性腹壁缺损的方法和实用价值.方法 15476例中晚孕期妇女的胎儿行B超检查,产后随访.结果 15476例中晚孕期妇女B超发现腹壁缺损7例,临床符合率100%.其间中期妊娠5例,包括腹壁裂4例,脐疝1例.晚期妊娠2例,均为腹壁裂.中孕妇女经一次检查结果满意;而晚孕妇女经一次或再次检查结果满意.结论 B超诊断中晚期妊娠的胎儿腹壁缺损准确性较高,且方便易行,便于基层推广应用,有较高实用价值.

Practical value of B-ultrasound in examining fatal abdominal defect

Objective: To study the practical value of B-ultrasound in examining fetal abdominal defect no middle and later pregnant women. Methods: 15476 cases of fetuses on middle and later pregnant women were studied by B-ultrasound and followed up. Results: There are 7 fetuses with abdominal defect (6 cases with abdominal split and 2 cases with umbilical hernia and clinical diagnose rate is 100%. There is a satisfactory result for middle pregnant to be checked only once, and later pregnant once more. Conclusion: There is higher accuracy and practical value by B-Ultrasound diagnosing fetal abdomianl defect. It will be put forward conveniently at primary hospital.
