摘    要:目的]观察鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)组织PI3K和caspase-3的表达,探讨其相互关系及其在鼻咽癌发生发展中的作用。方法]应用免疫组织化学法检测60例鼻咽癌与23例鼻咽部慢性炎症组织PI3K和caspase-3的表达水平。结果]NPC组中PI3K的阳性率分别为86.7%(52/60)与60.9%(14/23)(P〈0.05);caspase-3的表达率分别为48.3%(29/60)与73.9%(17/23)(P〈0.05);NPC中,PI3K的表达强度与caspase-3的表达呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结论]PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路的激活可能通过某种机制抑制caspase-3的表达,进而减少肿瘤细胞的凋亡,这在鼻咽癌的发病中起一定的作用。

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the effects of expressions of PI3K and caspase-3 on the tumorigenesis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods]Immunohistochemical method was used to examine expressions of PI3K and caspase-3 in 60 nasopharyngeal carcinomas(group1) and 23 non-tumor nasopharyngeal tissues(group2).Results]In group 1 and group 2,the expression rates of PI3K were 86.7%(52/60) and 60.9%(14/23) respectively,(P<0.05);While the rates of caspase-3 were 48.3%(29/60) and 73.9%(17/23) respectively,(P<0.05).The expression of caspase-3 was negatively correlated with that of PI3K in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion] The activation of PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway may inhibit the expression of caspase-3 to decrease apoptosis and promote proliferation of NPC cells.
