摘    要:目的 探讨神经生长因子(NGF)对老年痴呆鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法 切断老年SD大鼠左侧穹窿海马伞(FF),侧脑室注射NGF,用Morris水迷宫和Y迷宫测试正常组、损伤组和治疗组大鼠的学习记忆能力。结果 治疗组大鼠与损伤组相比较,治疗组平均逃避潜伏期缩短,原平台象限游泳距离和穿环次数增多,学会Y迷宫所需训练次数减少和正确支应次数增多,但未完全达到正常水平。结论 提示NGF能够改善老年FF损伤鼠学习记忆能力。

Effect of nerve growthfactor on spatial learning and memory in aged rats with unilateral fimbria-fornixtransection
Abstract:Objective To study the effect of nerve growth factor on spatial learning and memory in aged rats with unilateral FF transection.Methods Aged male SD rats with left FF lesions received continuous infusion NGF or Cyt.C into the cerebroventricular space.One month after lesion,the learning and memory abilities were measured by Morris water maze and Y maze test.Result NGF treatment group had significantly shortened in escape latency compared with lesioned group.The treatment group had significantly increased compare with lesioned one in the percentage of swim distance in platform quadrant,the number of crossing platform,the number of correct conditioned reflex activity. The treatment group had significantly decreased in number of trial compared with lesioned one.But the parameter of treatment group did not reach the levels of one of normal group.Conclusion It is showed NGF improved the ability of spatial learning and memory in aged rats with FF transection.
