老年冠心病患者冠状动脉介入治疗后生存质量的影响因素调查研究

目的探讨冠状动脉介入治疗术后影响患者生存质量的因素,并合理正确进行术前术后指导以提高患者的生存质量。方法对2011年1月至2012年1月在我院接受冠状动脉介入治疗术治疗的345例患者采用西雅图心绞痛生存质量量表(SAQ)和患者一般情况调查表分别于治疗前24h,治疗后5个月,进行问卷调查。结果 SAQ得分女性高于男性,饮酒者高于不饮酒者,高血脂患者特别是低密度脂蛋白高的患者生存质量明显低于血脂正常患者。结论冠心病患者在冠状动脉介入治疗后生存质量显著提高,且治疗后影响患者生存质量的因素为年龄、血脂水平、术后并发症(皮下水肿、胃肠道反应、迷走神经反射性低血压、尿潴留),生活习惯如饮酒、心理状态等因素有关。

The Research of Influencing Factor on Life Quality of Elderly Patients with Coronary Artery Diseases after Coronary Intervention

Objective To investigate influencing factor on life quality of elderly patients with coronary artery diseases after coronary intervention,and by scientific guidance before and after surgery to improve the life quality.Methods 345 patients with a coronary artery diseases after coronary intervention,were chose in the period from January 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital and the SAQ scores and general questionnaire of patients were assessed before and after surgery.Results The SAQ scores of women,drinkers is significant higher than men,non-drinkers;and the life quality of hyperlipidemia especially the ones with high-LDL was significant lower than the ones with normal lipids.Conclusions The life quality of patients with coronary artery diseases after coronary intervention was improved significantly,and the influencing factors on life quality of elderly patients with coronary artery diseases after coronary intervention include age,the degree of lipids,the complication after surgery,and life habits.
