肺癌患者围手术期护理的临床研究

目的探讨有效预防肺癌术后并发症的综合护理措施。方法选取2009年1月至2011年6月60例肺癌手术患者入选研究组,2006年1月至2008年12月72例肺癌手术患者入选对照组。对照组予以常规肺癌围术期护理,研究组予以系统综合的肺癌围术期护理,比较两组患者的术后并发症发生率及病死率。结果研究组术后并发症发生率为23.33%,低于对照组的44.44%(P<0.05),研究组的病死率为1.67%,也低于对照组6.94%(P<0.05)。结论加强肺癌患者的围术期综合护理措施,可以有效的预防术后并发症的发生率,降低病死率。

Clinical Study of Peri-operation Nursing of Patients with Lung Cancer

Objective To explore comprehensive nursing measures for effectively preventing complications of lung cancer patients after undergoing operation.Methods 60 cases from Jan.2009 to Jun.2011 with lung cancer were included into the research group.72 cases from Jan.2006 to Dec.2008 with lung cancer were included into the control group.The control group was received the normal perioperative nursing.The research group was received the systematic perioperative nursing.The complication rate and death rate were analyzed between the two groups.Results The complication rate in research group(23.33%) was lower than that(44.44%) in control group(P <0.05).The death rate in research group(1.67%) was lower than that(6.94%) in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion To strengthen the perioperative nursing of lung cancer patients could effectively prevent pulmaonary complication for them.
