小肠淋巴瘤与小肠腺癌的多层螺旋CT表现分析

目的分析总结小肠淋巴瘤(SIL)与小肠腺癌(SBA)的多层螺旋CT影像学表现。方法收集近年在我院经多层螺旋CT检查并最终行手术治疗,病理证实为SIL患者17例和SBA患者13例,分别总结二者影像特征,及鉴别征象。结果 SIL与SBA的CT影像表现有交叉现象,但分别经方差分析、χ2检验分析发现,两组患者发病部位、病变范围、形态、密度、增强扫描强化后最高CT值、局部肠管扩张或狭窄情况、全身器官及淋巴结转移情况等方面的差别有统计学意义。结论多层螺旋CT在SIL与SBA的诊断及鉴别诊断中具有相对特征性意义。

Multislice CT Performance Analysis of Small Intestinal Lymphoma and Small Bowel Adenocarcinoma

Objective To analyze and summarize the imaging findings in multi-slice spiral CT of small intestinal lymphoma(SIL) and small bowel adenocarcinoma(SBA).Method 17 patients with SIL and 13 patients with SBA confirmed by pathology were collected;they had multi-slice spiral CT and surgical therapy in our hospital during recent years.The imaging features of the two were summarized and the signs were identified.ResultsThe imaging findings in CTof SILand SBAwere crossing.However,analysis of variance and χ2test analysis indicated that the difference on invasion site,lesion range,shape,density,maximum CT value in contract enhancement,local dilatation or stenosis of intestine,systemic organ and lymph node metastasis of the two was with statistical significance.Conclusion Multi-slice spiralCTiswithrelativecharacteristicsignificanceinthediagnosisand differential diagnosis of SILand SBA.
