52例2型糖尿病患者胃排空功能的分析

目的：观察2型糖尿病患者胃排空功能的变化。方法：采用实时超声法对52例2型糖尿病患者及20例健康对照者进行胃窦面积和胃窦收缩频率的检测，并计算餐后60min,90min的胃排空率。结果：与健康对照组相比，糖尿病组空腹胃窦面积扩大（P＜0．05），餐后即刻胃窦面积和60min,90min排空率显著减小（P＜0．05），胃窦2min内收缩频率显著减小（P＜0．01）。病程和糖化血红蛋白水平影响糖尿病患者的胃排空功能，性别及并发症对胃排空功能影响不大。结论：2型糖尿病患者普遍存在胃动力障碍和空腹胃窦面积的扩大，不同病程及血糖控制水平的患者胃排空功能不同。

Analysis of the gastric emptying of 52 patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective:To observe the gastric emptying of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:The area and contractive frequency of the gastric antrum of 52 patients with type 2 diabetes and normal control were studied by real time ultrasonography.The gastric emptying rates at 60 and 90 min after meal were calculated.Results:The fasting antral area in diabetic patients were significantly larger than that in controls ( P <0.05).The postprandial antral area,the contractive frequency of antrum within 2 min and the gastric emptying rates at 60 and 90 min at the end of meal were less than that in control( P<0.05,P< 0.01).The gastric emptying with different clinical cause and HbA 1C in type 2 diabetes were obvious different.But there wasn't any significantly change of the gastric emptying between male and female patients and patients with chronic complications of diabetes.Conclusion:In general,type 2 diabetic patients have the longer gastric emptying time and larger area of fasting gastric antrum.The gastric emptying with the different clinical cause and the control level of the blood glucose in type 2 diabetes were different .
