| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童艾滋病合并播散性马尔尼菲青霉菌病的影像表现。方法回顾性分析播散性马尔尼菲青霉菌病的X线胸片表现及胸腹部CT表现。结景胸片显示肺纹理增强6例，多发斑片状密度增高影2例，网织结节影1例；行胸部CT检查的3例患儿均可见小叶中心结节，其中1例表现为弥漫粟粒样结节，2例纵隔淋巴结肿大，1例小叶间隔增厚伴局部小叶中央型肺气肿；行腹部CT检查的2例患儿均显示肝脾肿大、腹腔淋巴结肿大，1例肠壁增厚。结论播散性马尔尼菲青霉菌病是儿童艾滋病常见的机遇性感染，胸部及腹部多器官受累，常见影像表现为淋巴结肿大、肺实质及间质病变、肝脾肿大。
