| 摘 要： | 目的：应用计算机三维成像技术，开发建立计算机三维模拟手术系统，在计算机屏幕“手术室”中完成正颌外科骨切开手术。方法：将手术前牙颌面畸形患者CT断层序列图像重建成三维体数据，通过表面绘制的方法显示出三维图像，进行骨组织的切割、旋转和平移等操作，以动画方式模拟全部手术过程并预测手术效果。结果：该系统直观地反映了手术过程和效果，便于医患交流，选择合理的手术方案。结论：颅颌面骨组织三维手术模拟系统具有较强的可视效果，对于提高手术的安全性和准确性具有重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: Using computer to simulate orthognathic surgery and help surgeons to make effective surgical planning.Methods: Reconstruct preoperative CT slices to volume data and generate last 3-D visualization, Surgeons can perform virtual osteotomy, rotation and translation operations on bone tissues.Results:This system can simulate the process of surgery and postoperative effect. Conclusion: This system can help surgeons to make preoperative prediction and select reliable program to improve the reliability and effects for orthognathic surgery. |
