我院2000～2007年药品使用动态监测结果分析

目的：通过对药品使用情况进行动态监测，对销量异常的药品进行监控，促进合理用药，减轻患者经济负担。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，对我院2000～2007年药品收入占医疗总收入比例变化情况、每月使用金额位于前20位的化学药及前10位中成药使用情况、抗菌药物应用比例进行统计分析。结果：在门诊人次、住院人次、医院总收入逐年上升的情况下，我院药品使用金额位于前20位的化学药及前10位的中成药占药品消耗比例均有不同程度的下降。结论：医院开展药品使用动态监测工作，对促进药品合理使用、降低药品收入比例、减轻患者经济负担有一定成效。

Drug Use from 2000 to 2007 in Our Hospital: Analysis of Dynamic Monitoring Results

OBJECTIVE： To monitor the drugs with abnormal consumption through a dynamic monitoring on drug use so as to promote rational drug use and reduce patients＇ economical burden. METHODS： In this retrospective survey, the fluctuation of the proportion of the income from pharmaceuticals in hospital total income from 2000 to 2007, the monthly consumption of the top 20 western medicines and top 10 Chinese medicines on the list of consumption sum, and the proportion of antimicrobial agents in total pharmaceuticals were analyzed statistically. RESULTS ： The number of out - patient and in - patient increased and the hospital＇s total revenue boosted year by year, while the proportion of the top 20 western medicines and top 10 Chinese medicines on the list of consumption sum in our hospital declined at varying degree. CONCLUSION： Dynamic monitoring on drug use is conducive to the promotion rational use of drugs, reduction of the proportion of drug income and relief of patients＇ economic burden.
