| 摘 要： | 目的：比较两种术式绒毛取材（CVS）的相对安全性。方法：105例宫内孕6～12周、单胎妊娠孕妇随机分为两组B超引导下经宫颈绒毛取材（TC-CVS）和经腹绒毛取材（TA-CVS）。结果：TC-CVS组的组织污染率、取材不足率、流产率、术后感染率均高于TA-CVS组,其中组织污染率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。结论：TA-CVS较TC-CVS更为安全、可行,可推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the relative safety of two methods of chorionic villus sampling(CVS). Methods:105 cases were divided into two groups randomly,transcervical CVS(TC-CVS) and transabdominal CVS(TA -CVS).Results: The tissue contaminate rate,sampling insufficient rate, abortion rate,postoperative infection rate in TC-CVS group were higher than those in TA-CVS group.The difference of tissue contaminate rate had statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:TA-CVS is more safe, feasible than TC-CVS and should be spreaded. |
