原发性痛经患者中医体质分布特征及其相关因素研究

目的调查原发性痛经患者和健康女性的中医体质以及一般情况,对原发性痛经患者中医体质的分布特征及相关因素进行探讨。方法分别将150例原发性痛性患者和150例健康女性在符合纳入标准的情况下进行问卷调查,在所得数据基础上建立Excel数据库,用SPSS 24.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果通过临床调查发现,原发性痛经患者的易感体质为阳虚质、气虚质、痰湿质,不痛经者以平和质、阴虚质、阳虚质居多。结论情志因素(急躁易怒、多愁善感)与原发性痛经的发病密切相关。

Study on the Distribution Characteristics of TCM Constitution and Related Factors in Patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective To investigate the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution and general conditions of patients with primary dysmenorrhea and healthy women,and to discuss the distribution characteristics and related factors of TCM constitution of patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 150 cases of patients with primary pain and 150 cases of healthy women met the inclusion criteria were investigated by questionnaire,and the EXCEL database was established on the basis of the obtained data.SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results Through clinical investigation,that the susceptible constitutions of patients with primary dysmenorrhea were Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and phlegm-dampness.Conclusions Emotional factors(irritability and sentimentality)are closely related to the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea.
