某高校附属医院教育教学研究课题立项情况分析与思考

高校附属医院在医学人才培养过程中具有极其重要的主体地位,附属医院的教学改革对提高医学人才培养质量有重要的促进作用。笔者通过对某高校附属医院近5年教学研究课题立项与研究方向等情况进行分析,发现教学课题申报与研究中存在的问题,提出加强教学课题选题方向引导与研究过程管理、营造浓厚的教学研究氛围、拓宽研究视野、提高研究质量等改进建议,为进一步深化临床教学研究与教学改革,不断提升医学人才培养质量奠定坚实的基础。

Analysis and Reflection on the Establishment of a Research Project on Education and Teaching in a Hospital Affiliated to University

University affiliated hospitals play an important role in the training of medical talents and the teaching reform of the affiliated hospitals play an important role in improving the quality of medical talents training.The authors analyze the establishment and research direction of the teaching research project of a university affiliated hospital in recent 5 years,find the problems existing in the grant application,research and teaching and put forward suggestions on strengthening the guidance of teaching topic selection and management of research process by creating a strong teaching and research atmosphere,broadening the research horizon and improving the research quality,which lays a solid foundation for further deepening the clinical teaching research and teaching reform,and continuously improving the quality of medical personnel training.
