维生素D3联合补肾养宫汤对多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育症患者激素水平变化影响

目的探讨维生素D3联合补肾养宫汤对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕不育症患者激素水平变化的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月收治的PCOS不孕不育患者122例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用补肾养宫汤治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加用维生素D3治疗。比较两组病例治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、血流阻力指数(RI)、血清孕酮、黄体生成素、雌二醇、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的差异;观察两组排卵、妊娠情况。结果治疗后,两组病例子宫内膜厚度、血清孕酮、雌二醇、SOD水平较本组治疗前明显增高,RI指数、黄体生成素、MDA较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组排卵率、妊娠率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维生素D3联合补肾养宫汤治疗PCOS不孕不育症患者疗效较好,可增加子宫内膜厚度,有效改善血清孕酮、黄体生成素、雌二醇水平,改善氧化应激情况,提高妊娠率,值得临床大力推广。

Effect of Vitamin D3 combined with Bushen Yanggong Decoction on the hormone level in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To investigate the effect of Vitamin D3 combined with Bushen Yanggong Decoction on the hormone level in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 122 infertility patients with PCOS admitted to our hospital from January,2017 to January,2019 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with Bushen Yanggong Decoction.The treatment group was additionally given Vitamin D3 based on the control group.Endometrial thickness,blood flow resistance index(RI),progesterone,luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels in both groups were compared before and after treatment.Ovulation and pregnancy in both groups were observed.Results After treatment,both groups had significant increase in endometrial thickness,progesterone,estradiol,SOD level and reduction in RI,LH,MDA(P<0.05);and the improvement in the treatment group was better than in the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of PCOS infertility,Vitamin D3 combined with Bushen Yanggong Decoction can increase endometrial thickness,improve serum progesterone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol levels,increase oxidative stress and pregnancy rate which is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
