基于内外环境探讨我国民营医院发展策略

随着科技水平的进步与发展,人民群众就医需求也越来越多样化。新医改以来,为了深化公立医院改革,加快形成多元化办医格局,我国政府出台一系列政策措施鼓励民营医院的发展。本文通过政治、经济、社会和科技四个层面对民营医院进行外部环境分析;通过民营医院现状和资源进行内部环境分析,提出其发展策略,助力民营医院科学永续发展。

Exploration of the Development Strategy in China Private Hospitals based on the Internal and External Environments

With the progress and development of science and technology,people’s demand for medical treatment has become more and more diversified.Since the new medical reform,the government of China has introduced a series of policies and measures to encourage the development of private hospitals in order to deepen the reform of public hospitals and accelerate the formation of a diversified medical system.This paper analyzes the external environment of private hospitals from four aspects:politics,economy,society and science and technology.Based on the analysis of the current situation and resources of private hospitals,the paper puts forward their development strategies to promote the scientific and sustainable development of private hospitals.
