| 摘 要： | 目的：观察生大黄联合善宁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析2005年10月至2008年10月我科收治的急性胰腺炎患者71例，其中40例（对照组）行一般治疗及善宁注射，31例（观察组）在对照组的基础上进行生大黄胃管注入及保留灌肠。观察症状变化及血、尿淀粉酶、血常规、定期复查腹部超声及CT检查。结果：观察组平均腹痛缓解时间和发热持续时间均短于对照组，P〈0．05，对照组显效率高于观察组，P〈0．05。结论：生大黄和善宁联合应用治疗急性胰腺炎，可缓解腹痛、腹胀，改善全身炎症反应，缩短治疗时间。
